  • What is my profile?
    Once your company has signed up, you will be asked to fill out a form to be placed in your companies networking room.
  • How do I get started?
    You choose the classes that are right for you. Choose 6 classes for a 6 month program; and 13 classes for a 1 year program. To get started, call 201-505-1743 or fill out the form and we will call you.
  • What are my Personal Preferences?
    1. remains the same for the networking rooms

  • How do I join a group?
    When your company becomes a client of Sales Advisor, you will be placed into a private networking group where you can discuss issues among your peers.

Training Issues
  • Can I select the dates for my virtual meetings with my sales staff?
    Yes you can, as long we do not have an overlap with other booked dates. We will work with you to best suite your needs.
  • Can I choose the days that I will be trained?
    We will work with you to develop the schedule that suits your needs
  • Can I choose the topic and my featured expert for my meetings?
    You can choose your topic and the expert. We will provide you with one of our industry experts subject to your approval.
  • How can I be assured of security so that I do not have any unwanted guests at my meetings?
    All participants will be provided with a password for entry
  • Am I always assigned the same expert?
    Assignments of experts are based on the subject matter that you wish to discuss.
  • Do I need to identify myself during the management workshops?
    No, you do not.
  • What is the cost of additional meetings?
    The cost to add a session to your current program is $1,500.
  • Your program does not have enough depth. I cannot train my sales staff adequately.
    For larger organization with on site training already in place, Sales Advisor is intended as a compliment and reinforcement to to your existing training programs. In most cases, it is not economically feasible for a sales team to meet frequently at a physical location possible to frequently take a sales team "out of the field". For those companies, this program serves as vehicle to interact with your sales team, create an educational/training environment and address immediate sales issues/deals in an environment where everybody can learn.
  • What if I want a session that is not listed?
    We welcome your suggestions and we will try to accommodate your needs.
  • Can I bring in my own expert?
    Sales Advisors provides highly qualified experts. We are happy to discuss specific people that you may have in mind.
  • How does this program complement any training I have already contracted for the year?
    As mentioned previously, for companies with a training program in place, Sales Advisor is intended as a compliment and reinforcement to your existing training programs. Sales Advisor has built-in flexibility and immediacy, which enables you and your sales staff to deal with current sales issues. In addition, the program allows salespeople to exchange their views on sales issues with their peers on an ongoing basis, which cannot be accomplished by a one time sales training program.
  • Can the experts/trainers come to my office?
    Yes, we can make arrangements for experts and trainers to come to your office.
  • What level of sales experience is Sales Advisor geared to?
    Sales Advisor offers a variety of subjects for new hires as well as veterans. However, the subject matter covered will have more relevancy if the participating salesperson has some level of experience. Sales Advisor's prime objective is to create an environment where salespeople can learn from an on going exchange of ideas with their peers and from experts in specific areas of sales.
  • What are the best programs for new hires?
    New hires need to be steeped in the basics. A sample program would include Creating a Comfortable Environment, Time and Resource Management, Gaining Access to Power, Qualifying More Effectively, Presenting Skills and Objection Handling
  • What is the best programs for seasoned veterans?
    A good program would be Using Technology to Achieve Your Sales Goals, Gaining Access to Power, What do Executives Care About, Negotiating More Effectively, Five Strategies and De-Risking a Buying Decision
  • What are the best programs for management?
    An effective program for new management could span all the options offered. Some examples for more senior managers are Hiring, Compensation Trends and Performance Assessment Techniques.

  • How can I change my username or password?
    You can update your password through Edit My Profile
  • What if I forget my password?
    If you forget your password, follow the link on the home page to reset it.
  • How can I change my personal information?
    Once you are logged in you will be able to edit any information that you would like through the "My Profileā€ section on the home page.
