Sheri Greenhaus has held senior marketing and sales positions at several software companies. At Dun & Bradstreet, Sheri was responsible for acquiring and maintaining major accounts. As Director of Hart Hanks Telemarketing, she oversaw the entire Hart Hanks call center operation. Her responsibilities included the company's critical sales and customer retention programs, hiring and training of agents, and the development of compensation programs. Following her corporate career, Sheri founded Greenhaus Connection, a successful consulting firm specializing in the setting up of call centers and brokering of contract work for external sources.

Recognizing the power of the Internet, in 1995 Sheri and Larry Matte entered into a joint venture with TeleProfessional Magazine and launched the Tele-M@rket, now named CRMXchange, a Web site devoted to contact centers. Sheri's contact center marketing expertise and extensive knowledge of the Internet has helped to make CRMXchange a successful information portal for the industry.


Jonathan London is an internationally acclaimed expert in training and development alternatives in the areas of sales, leadership, customer service, and transformation of sales organizations. Prior to founding IPG (Improved Performance Group) in 1994, Jonathan was a top performer in sales and sales management with an accomplished track record in both domestic and global sales market penetration.

Jonathan’s contemporary approach to time-tested practices has well-served the interests of both IPG’s Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial clients. His ability to help define the essential skills that people need to execute in order to be successful in their professional roles has had a widespread impact for clients including Cisco Systems, BT, Advertising.com, Dell Computers, Lawson Software, Sony, VeriSign, Polycom and many others (over 15,000 people in 23 countries). His book "Real Selling for Entrerpreneurs” is now available.


Larry Matte has more than 30 years experience in senior level marketing, sales, training, and product management in the software industry. He has created several unique sales training programs for software companies, these programs that were instrumental and visionary in highly successful rollouts of their new product lines. Larry was also Senior Director of Marketing at The Ultimate Corp. In this position he was responsible for marketing efforts in support of both direct and reseller sales channels. Larry also served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CRC Information Systems, a major provider of scripting and data base software for call centers.

Following six years as a successful marketing consultant he became aware of the growing interest among his clients in the Internet's marketing possibilities. He quickly came to the conclusion that people would frequent web sites for unbiased, reliable, timely information presented in innovative ways. In 1995, Larry and Sheri Greenhaus launched the Tele-M@rket, a Website, now known as CRMXchange, a leading portal for the CRM/Contact Center industry.
